Shipping policy
Magic of Beauty offers free standard shipping option on all merchandise orders within United States of America.
Due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, orders may experience delays.
Standard business day shipping is FREE on all orders – no promotion code needed.
Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on a weekend.
Expedited shipping options are also available for additional cost depending on your location and available shipping methods available for review during checkout.
The cutoff for expedited orders will be 2pm (Pacific Time) daily. Any orders placed after 2pm will ship the following business day.
Our warehouse is located in Encino, California, United States.
Expedited shipping
Need a package shipped faster? We have different expedited shipping options for you to choose from during checkout. Once you have given a shipping address, a list of shipping options will be generated for you on the shipping page. You can upgrade to FedEx/UPS 2-day and 1-day shipping service. All expedited shipping costs will be determined by your shipping address and each expedited option will list the arrival date.
Hawaii & Alaska
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer USPS (Priority) standard shipping service. Shipping is FREE. Expedited shipping options are also available for additional cost.
Puerto Rico
We ship to Puerto Rico via our USPS (Priority) standard shipping service. Shipping is FREE. Expedited shipping options are also available for additional cost.
P.O. Box
If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority standard shipping. Shipping is FREE. Orders to P.O. Box addresses may be delivered on weekends.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
Standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses is via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. Shipping is FREE. We regret that we are unable to offer expedited shipping to APO, FPO, DPO Military addresses.
Parcel Forwarding Services
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Magic of Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.
Restricted Hazardous Items
Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive. Please reference your estimated delivery date during checkout and post-purchase notifications for estimated delivery. We regret that we are not able to offer expedited shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico on orders with restricted items.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution center on weekends or the following US holidays:

Tracking orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track an order on Magic of Beauty, visit the Account Information area. You will need to sign in to access your account information.
For your convenience, you will see the expected delivery date for your order when you select a delivery option, on the Order Confirmation page, on the Order Details page, and on the Order Confirmation email.
